Cellar 62 opened its doors in 2007 by Olvia Haggipavlu with the primary objective being to have a sales point of the ETKO portfolio in addition to offering a variety of wines from around the World.
La Bottega dei Sapori was founded in Limassol in 2006 by Fabrizio Musorella. Fabrizio's main goal was to import gourmet foods to Cyprus, mainly but not limited from his native country, Italy. This was possible due to his passion, dedication and over 25 years of experience in Hotels Food & Beverage industry.
In May 2011 Olvia and Fabrizio join forces to create what is known today as Cellar & Bottega. This was the beginning Â of an emotional journey to the roots, a constant endeavor and research to present to you quality food and wine from the North to the South of Italy. They choose their food and wine with the aim for you to savour the typical characteristics of each territory and enabling you to enjoy nature's full complexity. Through their selections they want to give you authenticity,identity, indigenous character and traditional methods of production. They love food and wine and will continue to reach new heights to satisfy even the most demanding palate.
